In 1985 the joint effort of Mr. Angelo Pe and Engineer Guido Baschirotto leads to the establishment of a second concern called “APE RACCORDERIE di Pe Angelo & C. snc”.
This concern came in the market as manufacturer of brass, copper and bronze fittings for civil and industrial hydrothermosanitary applications.
Due to room reasons both companies need move their residence to Via Mainone, in Lumezzane’s hamlet of S. Sebastiano, the following year.
In that time APE is getting known all over Italy maily due to a sales network made of 21 agents throughout the country.
In 1991, the company name is changed into APE RACCORDERIE SRL. Afterwards, in 1993, thanks to a positive business trend, it moves its warehouse to the newly set-up Industrial Area in Via Ruca, Lumezzane, so leaving the whole premises to the production department whose company name has changed into “RACCORPE di Pe Angelo & C. snc in the meanwhile.
In 1998 both companies got a UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 Certification for their Quality System, which was confirmed again by the adjustment of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard in 2002: all this showing the excellent quality standard reached by the company both in production management and marketing of products in time.
Researches and joint efforts along with leading companies in the field of multilayer pipe have enabled APE to be leader in development and realization of fittings for these new-generation pipes since 1995, so to get the relevant certifications by different certification bodies in a short time.
Nowadays APE is one of the few companies in this field boasting a test room where seal between pipe and fitting is tested in compliance with the strictest UNI EN 12293 Standards, so Customers can be sure of each requirement to be met with experience and skilfulness.
In 2001 the existing premises are expanded further on and APE ASSEMBLAGGI SRL, a new assembling company is established.
The latter is equipped with assembling and packaging machines which guarantee a top quality standard to APE RACCORDERIE SRL based on automatic inspections in the line and anthropomorfous robots.
The company steady development is mainly due to both internal and external co-operators who have been guaranteeing a professional support in the last years; to them we express our thanks.

All this has enabled us to go on investing in research of updated production and testing systems which are essential to censure high-quality articles along with an efficient, well-run service.
