There are two types of hot-forging for our products:

1°- "Forging by Standing Press" for parts such as elbows, tees, etc.
This type of forging takes place in four steps by means of four different machines:
a. brass rods/bars are sheared in the magazine;
b. forging blanks are heated;
c. then pressed;
d. finally blanked.

2° - "HATEBUR forging" for parts such as nuts.
This process is so-called in-line process because, starting from raw bars of material, brass rods/bars loading, shearing and heating in an induction furnace and forging operations are performed by only one machine.

The above processings undergo a final sand-blasting process performed by special machines which use steel shots so to get an aesthetically even, porous item.
