SALE ORDERS
All the orders are assumed a title of reservation and they do not engage our Company to the delivery of articles demanded.

PRICES
We apply the current prices to the date of the order except particular agreement. The prices are for delivery ex-works.

DELIVERIES
The terms of delivery come agree in contractual phase. Such terms have an indicative value. Our Company is not held to agree a compensation for direct damages which had to delivery delays.

TRANSPORT
The goods always travels to total risk and danger of the buying company.

GUARANTEES
All the products APE are guaranteed two years from the shipment date from our warehouses, only and exclusively if they are protect from atmospheric agents. Our products are assured for the damages caused by their eventual defects. The assurance is lent for the responsability according to the 24 D.P.R. May 1986, n. 224, and only for the dispositions of directive 85/374 of the EEC.

GOODS RETUR
We don't accept rendered of goods without our preventive written authorization, and in any case only in Free port.

TOLERANCE
The tolerances that we accept are on the finished products and on the single element that compose them.

WARNING
Please don't use hemp on threads female. Examine always all the products in order to assess itself of the correct assembly and that the same ones are lacking in visual defects.

CLAIMS-DAMAGES
Before forwarding eventual claims for defective goods, you must assess that the article is effectely of production APE RACCORDERIE. Such requirement will have to be demonstrated with copy of our invoice of sale. Eventual claims regarding the quantity and the quality of the supplied goods must be sent to APE within 10 days from the reception of the goods, with fax, letter or email.
Only in case of putting in work of the products APE and of damages to persons or things involuntarily caused by these, we will come in charge our Insurance Company to treat the accident according to the policy. APE in order to open a file to his Assurance, must receive all the informations about the damage photographies of defective articles in the place of installation, or more samples, the relative informations of the person damaged, place where the expert will have to go immediately for the test of the case.
No reimbursement will be recognized the Customer before that APE RACCORDERIE has verified the cause of the claim and/or damage.

PAYMENTS
The payments have to be settled terms also in the cases of delay in the arrival of the goods. In case of payment passed the established expiration, we'll apply the interests for delayed payment.

INTERRUPTION OF THE ORDERS
In case that the difficulty in the payments from the Customer has been started, APE is in faculty to suspend or to delay, beyond the terms, the delivery of the goods.

MODIFICATION
APE RACCORDERIE without any warning can make commercially and technically changes.

With the acceptance of the present conditions of sale, the purchaser renounces to eventual own conditions of purchase considered singularly or in their complex. For any dispute and/or notification to the application of this contract is competent the jurisdiction of the Brescia courts.
